Strange syslog message on Cisco Works Syslog Analyzer

Hi, I have stange message that arrive on my RME 3.4 ,it refers at interfaces

EOBC0/6.

This is the message:

(511) Router:CISCO CISCO Mib-II Poll IP_Interface Repaired Broken (324) 127.0.0.12 ifdescr(EOBC0/6)

I've got to consider this message like an critical error or i can don't care of this?

EOBC0/6 is the channel between MSFC and Supervisor. So what happened is that the inband channel dropped and then reestablished itsself. I'd want to know why this happend myself .
