strange syslog messages

can any body give me explanation of those syslog messages because i didnt understand them and i found no reference on cisco site

May 11 20:17:05.365: %DIAL11-3-MSG:

12w0d: %MICA-3-NAK: NAK from modem 143 in state 0 -- payload 0x29

May 11 20:17:09.725: %DIAL11-3-MSG:

12w0d: %MICA-3-NAK: NAK from modem 137 in state 0 -- payload 0x29

May 11 20:17:13.521: %DIAL11-3-MSG:

i found those message a lot in some access servers

Hi

Here is what i found on cco about the message you get:

Error Message

%MICA-3-NAK: NAK from modem [dec] in state [dec] -- payload 0x[hex]

Explanation: A message sent to the specified modem has been rejected.

Recommended Action: If the message recurs, copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, call your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative with the gathered information.

Maybe there is more to find if i would have the HW and the IOS Version.
