Connected a CNT device as a STUN connection via Serial lines. The interfaces are both up, but on end has the DCD down. Traffic is flowing thru the interfaces and everything is okay, but I would like the DCD to go UP. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

You could physically tie DCD high to another pin. Also, what does not show DCD high? The router or the device?
