Suggested provisioning of channelized T1 on AS5300

I have 2 AS5300's used to support our dial-up customers. We are having some disconnect issues and I have tried several things as far as the units are concerned. I have upgraded the IOS to 12.0(7), and also upgraded the modem code to 2.7.3.0 all to no avail. I am thinking that maybe the problem may be in the T1's feeding the 5300's. Currently, we have channelized T1's provisioned as AMI/D4 from a Nortel DMS 10 switch. If anyone has any suggestions or experience with this particular arrangement I would appreciate any advice you have to offer.

Try to configure the T1 as a channelized PRIs:

controller T1 0

framing esf

clock source line secondary 6

linecode b8zs

pri-group timeslots 1-24

The serial0 would be

interface Serial0

no ip address

shutdown

no fair-queue

clockrate 2015232

and the assosiated channels 23 would be

interface Serial0:23

no ip address

dialer rotary-group 1

isdn switch-type primary-4ess

isdn tei-negotiation first-call

isdn incoming-voice modem

isdn T321 0

no cdp enable
