Suggestions for Inter VLAN Routing

I am in charge of a small network consisting of 60 odd users. I currently have 6 3550 switches carring voice and data, and 1 2950G. I would like to connect these into a distribution layer switch/router so that I could perform inter VLAN routing and MLS. Some suggestions on the best piece of kit to perform this task would be great!

It depends on your future growth perspective also. If you want to take Internet connectivity from a provider in near future like through leased lines, then you can go for like Cisco 1600 series router OR if not then you can go for 2948G-L3 switch which can do Inter vlan routing and MLS.
