Supervisor Engine 720 and the flash

Is the bootflash; and the sup-bootflash: in one flash memory stored or are they separated on the WS-SUP720-3BXL of a 6509?

And I would appreciated If someone could point me to a good description about the boot sequence on this SV engine.

Thanks,

Andreas

The bootflash and sup-bootflash are separate memories , different hardware . Bootflash is RP's bootflash and sup-bootflash is supervisor's bootflash.

The following links show the boot sequence for native as well as Hybrid images.
