Are the 48-port 10/100/1000-modules WS-X6148-GE-TX and WS-X6548-GE-TX supported on a Catalyst 6009 with WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE?

It should be ok , as long as you are running at least code version 6.4.1 to support both these cards .
