Supported Devices for DFM Ver1.2

May i know whether DFM ver 1.2 support Cisco Catalyst WS-C6509-2500AC (with S2), WS-C4006-S3, WS-C3550-12G, & WS-C2950G-24-EI ?

Another thing, is there any tools that can have centralized QoS and packet filtering (for L3 & L4) configuration management ?

I believe that LAN Management Ver2.1 can have DFM 1.2, which can manage up to L3.
