Supressing Authentication failure messages on Cat 6509 switches
I have placed access list on the snmp community on the MSFCs on all the 6509 switches to stop Authentication failure traps being received but not the switches themselves. Is there a way to do this on the switches with the set commands ?

Still getting Authentication failures notification from the switches even after having disabled auth trap. All 3524XL switches connected to 6509s have access-list on snmp community. Not sure why the messages are still appearing.
