SW C2924M-XL post

Hi,

I have problem with my switch C2924M-XL. When I turn on the switch, the POST stops when LED 1x turns off (all other LEDs 2x-24x are green). Nothing appears on console. When I press Mode button and turns on switch, the POST stops the same as before and on console appears:

Xmodem file system is available.

The system has been interrupted prior to initializing the

flash filesystem. The following commands will initialize

the flash filesystem, and finish loading the operating

system software:

flash_init

load_helper

boot

switch:

But I can not write anything on the console

What happen with my switch?

switch: is equivalent to rommon, you should be able to do software recovery through xmodem at this prompt, however, if the switch is not let letting you enter anything at this stage, there is nothing you can do but to replace the switch.
