Switch between Telcom router and firewall

I would like to set up a switch as outside, it 'sits' between telcom router and out firewall untrust.

router e1 -> cisco switch ->firewall untrust port, firewall trust port->our inside switch.

my question: how can I set up a management ip address for this outside switch to manage it from our inside network.

Since you are managing it from inside interface of firewall you should be able to configure the switch (vlan 1 or any management vlan) with a public IP address from the same subnet as the firewall and router.

Preferably use SSH over telnet.

our router is managed by XO, firewall untrust 71.5.51.130, trust 192.168.11.1.

can I assign 71.5.51.129 for the switch between? just wondering...
