switch init

IHello,

I have a catalyst 3550 12T and i just want tio initialize it, so i want to clear all my entry.

I have already try the commanr "reload" but il take my last save of the file "startup-config", So i want a complete initialisation of my switch

To clear the startup config as well do this:

switch# wr erase

switch# reload

i cant acces to my switch but thank i have found the solution in cisco guide book.

Yhe problem in fact is thant i can't connect to the switch because dudently he it ask me a username (that i don't know) when i'm try to connect by my network
