Was it working fine before??? Can you paste the output of 'Show run int fa 0/13' here?? Is the server 'teamed'??

Yes It was OK until recently (~a week ago).

The server is not teamed.

its not the probs with the switch, it could be the probs with the cable termination, juz re-terminate them either on the Information Outlet or on the jack panel end. also try changing the patch cord

1) cable termination RJ45

2) check other end of cable/switch

3) check speed setting

Hello,

you might want to try, as suggested previously, to set the switchport to:

duplex full

speed 100

and make sure that the settings on the server NIC match, that is, that the server NIC is not configured for auto-negotiation...
