How to check indiviual port whether it is configure to 100M? How to configure it to 10M speed?

Hi,
for CatOS:
sh port module/port
will show the port speed and duplex.
Use set port speed module/port 10
to configure the port speed to 10 Mbps.
For IOS
sh int fa module/port
and
conf t
int fa module/port
speed 10
