Switchport interface tracking

I have a scenario whereby I need a L2 interface to track a further L2 interface on the same switch (probably a 4948G), and if the tracked interface goes down, I need the primary one to go down also.

This is because of PBR on an upstream Telco router.

I am aware that Self-Tunnels can do this, but these would need to be configured on the upstream router, so is difficult....Does anybody know if this can be done with Cisco switches???

I am also aware of Enhanced tracking, but can't find anything to say that it supports my needs.

Any ideas??

Thanks, Carl
