Dear NetPro,
would you mind to guide me how to correct the error in the Cisco 6509 CatOS.
%SYS-4-NVLOG:sys_check_nvram_blocks:Block 0 restored from NS. 0xBE011678(0x21B2C), 0xBE013190(0x1)
%SYS-1-CFG_RESTORE:Global block restored from backup

This message/condition will not cause the switch to crash. As I mentioned, its informational only.

The message you saw is generated by an NVRAM monitoring feature. The log messages are informational only and basically are reporting that there was a corrupted block in NVRAM and the configuration was restored.
The checking for corrupted blocks in NVRAM is performed by default and if a block is found to be corrupted it will be restored. This feature is introduced in 6.4(x).
