%SYS-4-P2_WARN: 1/Invalid crc, dropped packet

On this router, we are getting this error message, I cann't find it any where on Cisco web site.. Anybody knows what is it mean ? and how can we fix it ?

This error message means that the recognized that a frame had an invalid CRC after the L2 header was processed. Since front panel ports drop CRCs, this is either 1 of 2 problems.

This is likely the cause since the CRCs are not incrementing steadily.

2. Bad hardware. Generally bad hardware shows a much faster and higher counter of Invalid CRCs, but that is not always the case.

I would suggest upgrading the software to a later revision, 6.3.8 and see if the problems continues. If so, replace the switch.
