Can anyone please identify the problem that I have from the syslog I post?

34377: 3w2d: %LINK-CLUSTER_MEMBER_2-3-UPDOWN: Interface FastEthernet0/3, changed state to up

34375: 3w2d: %LINK-CLUSTER_MEMBER_2-3-UPDOWN: Interface FastEthernet0/3, changed state to down

1866: 3w1d: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/2, changed state to up

1866: 3w1d: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/2, changed state to down

It is giving me the error from 5 out of 9 switches we have.

Anyone has ever encounter this type of problem? Please give me some clue where I should start looking for a cause and problem.

The whole network is very slow. We try to transfer the file 40 MB, it will take 10 minutes to do so.

Hi,

first of all give more details about the hardware you have and how it is configured.

From plain reading what the message says a link in a switch cluster does not come up or have a flap. It depends on the order of appearance of these messages, which I am not too sure of, as the older messages seem to be on top in your posting.

Core Switch is Cisco 3750. The rest of switches is Cisco 3550. Most Server connect to core switch. The rest of switches connect to each department in company.

I just don't know what to start to look. I do some research on cisco website and google it. Find no match or result.

If anyone has experience on this Syslog error to see what it means, will be helpful.

Debugging or informational messages are being generated faster than they can be displayed on the console. This message replaces the lost messages.

Recommended Action: To reduce the number of debugging or informational messages that are displayed, use conditional debugging and turn off console logging. Enter the no logging console guaranteed command, or turn off link-state messages for some other interfaces
