I am trying to installing TA (External ISDN Modem) to my Cisco 2621 Router.
I on 2621 I have wic2t configured for one leased line, so I want other smart serial to be configured on TA (ISDN Modem).
1) I am using cable smart serial to v.35 and then v.35 to DB25 male to modem, would that cable work ??
2) Could isdn modem be configured on smart serial for incomming isdn calls.
Thanks in advance.

If you are using a cisco V.35 cable, and then a convertor cable which changes the *physical* connectors from the standard V.35 to a 25 pin connector, that should work fine. The electrical characteristics are still V.35, so the TA should have a V.35 interface.
This interface can be used for incoming and outgoing calls.

No, the modem support RS-232 standards , would that cable work ????

You need a black-box type convertor, that will convert the V.35 electrical signals to RS-232. The difference between the two is not the physical cable being used as much as the electrical characterists of the signals.
