Hello All,

I want to configure tagging VLAN 100 across the trunk link and un-tagging VLAN 200 (I think it is a native VLAN) across the same trunk link. Which is the correctly command?

switchport trunk allowed vlan 100,200

switchport trunk native vlan 200

or

switchport trunk allowed vlan 100

switchport trunk native vlan 200

Thanks a lot,

Nitass

The first set of the command is the correct command.

switchport trunk allowed vlan 100,200

switchport trunk native vlan 200

Onc you have configured this , please run the command show interface trunk to make sure both vlans 100 and 200 are in spanning-tree forwarding state and not pruned.

Hope this helps.

thanks
