tar file for 3560 cisco switch

I have a problem with the tar file on my cisco switch, how can i download a new one and how do i install it ?

you can download .tar software from cisco.com at the downloads section.

you must have a CCO login as well as a software maintenance contract that covers the software you need.

to install a .tar file, you need to TFTP it to the device where you want it. then you need to use the IOS extraction command(s) to get the files out of the .tar that you want to use.

Do you have just the one tar file, or are there many to do different things, I have a problem with the http web interface on my switch and ive been told i need to tar file for this ? can anyone help ?
