Telent question

Hi,

I have assigned one primary IP address (public) and two seconday IP addresses (private) in my router(router1). another one router (router2) is assigned with a private IP address and located on same physical network.

Standard ping is not happening if I try to ping from router1 to router2.

But I am getting reply from router2 if I use extended ping with source IP address as secondary. there is no connectivity problem

But I am unable to telnet in to router2.

Is there anyway to do telnet from a particular source IP address.? (like extended ping)

thanks in advance.

Ganesh

Re: Telent question

You may just want to try adding a static route on R2 to all R1 addresses.
