I am accessing the switch through 3 steps as follow:

TELNET switch name (or IP address), Enter Login ID and Enter Password.

How can do the 3 steps in 1? Is there any specific parameters where you can add the Login ID and password next to the switch name?

If not, is there any other command allow this?

It depend on what telnet client you are using. The solaris one allows you to specify the login id but not the password. Most windows based telnet clients will allow you to set up permenant entries with both user and password.

The IOS telnet command however does not have either of these as an option.
