Hello,

I looking for a technical solution for a limitation of my test platform.

I shall likeif it is possible to configure remotely all my network equipments via their console port (serial com)?

My equipments are on a platform of test. And this platform of test is in a different room from the computer.

Here is the drawing of what I imagined as solution

Google for Emerson Avocent ACS. It's a console server.

however the console server must be in the room2 ! It is possible to have a remote (hardware or software ) for device switching ?

You can still do that. You ssh to the console server which has console connections to the devices.
