Test WAN connection

We used to have a "test WAN" connection, that would allow us to test application, data, etc. performance over a T-1. We connected two CSU's together to simulate a point-to-point T-1 connection. However, we've done some network upgrades and now we cannot get this to work anymore. Any ideas, suggestions?

Re: Test WAN connection

when you stimulate a serial link connection between routers, you dont need CSU's/DSU's, you can configure one router to supply the clock rate and the other router will act as the DTE.
