TFTP Errors on 2621 IOS 12.2(11)T

I keep getting the following errors. Can't find anything on the net to explain it.

Newbie isn't the right word but it's the first thing that comes to mind. :)

Which command exactly do you use the connect to the TFTP? Do you have configured the server correct because of the timeout?

The Broadcast address is not a real goog IP for the server. That could explain the time out from the router. Check with ping If the server is reachable and look that the UDP port from the server is open.

If you can get a console on the router, take a look at the configuration,

specically any boot system statements, it appears that the router is looking for a config on a network server.

there aren't any boot statements in the running config. Is there another place to check?
