TFTP problem File not a valid executable

Can some one point me in the right direction here is the output

Florida#copy tftp flash

you are putting a file in flash that is for a 3640 . Is this box a 3640 ? By the way 12.1(5)T is one of the worst codes ever.

yes it is a 3640... and I got the file from a TAC engineer yesterday...
