I am having problems setting up a TFTP service on my router. When I type TFTP-Server it gives me a list of: Flash, Null, System, Xmodem, Ymodem, etc. I chose all of them at one time or another and it always gives me the error: cannot find"whatever" in flash:. I need help on setting up a TFTP-Server

Hello,
which TFTP server are you using ? This document might give you some hints:

There is no special mystery here. As long as your filename matches what's on your flash device it will work.
Syntax: Taken directly from the 12.1 IOS Configuration Guide, page 233:
tftp-server flash [partition-number:]filename1 [alias filename2] [access-list-number]
tftp-server flash device:filename (Cisco 7000 family only)
tftp-server flash [device:][partition-number:]filename (Cisco 1600 series and Cisco 3600 series only)
The following commands are relevant to flash devices: dir, slot0, flash and show flash.
Take special caution when flash is partitioned. If your flash is partitioned, here's an example of how to do it:
Router#sh flash
System flash directory, partition 1:
File Length Name/status
1 5142700 c1721-d-mz.121-15.bin
[5142764 bytes used, 3245844 available, 8388608 total]
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)
System flash directory, partition 2:
File Length Name/status
1 4504736 c1721-i-mz.121-15.bin
[4504800 bytes used, 3883808 available, 8388608 total]
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)
Router(config)#tftp-server flash:1:c2600-d-mz.121-15.bin
