I guess this error is on the TFTPD32 app's log ? Are you able to successfully transfer the file ? How big is the file ? What router platform is in question ?

You need an image that integrates CSCee67733 to transfer an image larger than 32MB.

The workaround is to use FTP to transfer the image.
