the available bandwidth less that the actual bandwidth ...

Hi All

My customer is running IOS ver 12.2 on his 2620 for Internet Connection with WIC-2T installed. The ISP has given them 2Mbps leased line. The following has configured on the serial interface:

interface Serial0/0

bandwidth 2048

ip address 210.187.59.54 255.255.255.252

ip access-group 100 out

no ip mroute-cache

Following is the show interface results:

My question is why the Available is 1536 kilobit/s instead of 1984 kilobit/s? Appreciate your helps.
