The cheapest IP routing capable switch

I wonder what's the cheapest basic ip routing capable switch (2900 & 3500 series) that I could use for inter VLAN routing.

3550 with EMI image on it should do L3. This is 24 port 10/100, 2 GBIC uplinks. list price is USD 5490.

2948 G L3 is another model, which is list price 9995 USD.

SMI IOS version 12.1(11)EA1 and later should be enough.

The price of WS-C3550-24-SMI should be about 3000 USD.
