there is a problem of 6509's redundent power

there are 2 powers in C6509,when I unplug one of them,the 6509 will reload,why?what's the problem?

You can do a edit find in your browser for the bug ID. But anyways, here is the line

# Loss of a fan, either through failure or because of power supply shutdown, might cause a reload. This problem is resolved in Release 12.1(20)E. (CSCeb51698)

Bug in Native IOS based 6500. Search for CSCeb51698 in the release notes

yes,its ios is native ios 12.1(19)E1,the article is too long,could u tell me which line descripte the bug of native ios?thanks
