Think we broke my 2960

A co-worker of mine held down the mode button on a 2960 switch while it was powered on. He held it until the switch powered off. Now the switch will not function.

When power is plugged in the front lights all flash one time, and the syst light flashes 3 times after. Then all lights are off and the switch does nothing. It is unresponsive to console access. The internal fans are running, but nothing else seems to be operational.

Anyone have experience with this? Is there something I can do to get my switch functioning again?

Think we broke my 2960

Never seen this behaviour before.

You may need to get the switch RMA-ed.
