ThisAddressDoesNotExist ????

Since installing a pair of 2610 routers to join our two sites, our firewall and web monitoring software both display "ThisAddressDoesNotExist" instead of end-users' IP addresses. This did not happen when our old IBM routers were in use.

Also, our remote support software cannot now browse the remote site as IP broadcasts don't reach the remote LAN which is on a different subnet.

Are these two related and how do I fix them?? Any help appreciated.
