On C7206 I have ToR port adapter. This adapter may work in concentrator mode or port mode. I want to connect 2 hosts to that ToR PA. What type cables can I use to make the connections? Is it possible to use stright-through CAT5 patch cords?

You will need a true straight-through cable - TR uses pins 3,4,5, and 6, while ethernet uses 1,2,3 and 6. Make sure pin 3 goes straight through to pin 3, and you should be OK.
BTW - IBM designed TR over UTP/STP to use the inside pins on the connectors to 'protect' the connection - if the connector is damaged, it's usually the outside pins that are affected - using the inside pins was supposed to make sure the connector could still be used...
