Re-initialise the ani.db file.
The following steps can be used for the same:
1) Stop the daemon service from command prompt using " net stop crmdmgtd"
2) From the explorer go to directory c:\program files\CSCOpx\databases\ani and rename ani.db as
ani.db.old
3)Copy file ani.dborig from c:\program files\CSCOpx\databases\ani\orig to c:\program
files\CSCOpx\databases\ani directory
4) rename the file ani.dgorig to ani.db
5) start the daemon manager service " net start crmdmgtd"
6) start the discovery, mostly it will start automatically after starting the service if not then
do it manually.
