Well, you cannot check directly on which port a specific IP address is.
One thing you could do is find out the MAC address linked to the host using that IP address and then check the CAM table for that MAC address.
If you do not have access to that host, simply ping it from a device in the same subnet and check the ARP entry linked to that pinged host.
