Traffic director and Network Analyst Module problem

I have just installed NAM ( ver.1.1.(1a)) on Catalyst 6506 ( Supervisor engine 6.2.2 ) and Traffic director (5.8.0) but got a problem when trying to rove the switch ports.

There is a message " Error creating roving channel ". I have followed the steps as describe from

Anybody know how to solve this.

Do 'sh span' from the switch to if it's working on the switch but TD is complaining. You may consider upgradging to TD 5.8.3 and the NAM to 1.2(1) or later, if you want to.
