Traffic Director problem - NAM in Catalyst 6509

I have configured 3 NAMs in 6509s, using the NAM6KPROP11 properties file. When I view stats for Traffic Monitor and Segment Zoom, I don't get any vital signs, % Utilisation and Unicast/Broadcast/Multicast% statistics, but I do get packet size and destination stats. This occurs on two of the NAMs - the other works fine.

Can anyone offer any help??
