I have two routers connectected via two Frame Relay PVC with its point-to-point subinterfaces configured.
How can I send a determined type of traffic via one PVC and other type of traffic via the second PVC?

are you trying to force let's say HTTP out one PVC and FTP out one PVC

Yes basically is this. One PVC gets a type of traffic and the other gets other type of traffic.

you have mutiple DLCI's I assume there mapped to multiple IP's?
just add a extended access-list on each
sub-interface
