Transparent tunneling of serial links

Hi!

I've got two serial links:

First async 9600 b/s, second sync 19200 b/s

I have to design transparent tunneling of this

chanells across a WAN connection. It is simple to tunnel asynchronous-generic channel using BSTUN, isn't it?

But sync channel is not SDSL framed. The custom channel level protocol used in this link. Has CISCO equipment features for passthrough generic synchronous traffic using TCP/IP encapsulation? And what is a feature I have to use in this case?

Thanks.

Re: Transparent tunneling of serial links

Take a look here. It has several serial tunneling configuration examples as well as information on passthrough and TCP encapsulation.
