Tremendous in crease in traffic after Frame-Relay is setp

I am seeing a tremenodus increase in my frame-relay setup link , it is 64kbps, & it is almost choking it , there is no traffic from the lan side , it is point to point fr , how do i debug the problem.

the config at my end is
