Trouble - 2912 LRE to 575 LRE CPE

I'm trying out the LRE solution at one of our older facilities. I'm having trouble patching the RJ21 pair into a 66block. I'm connecting circuit-1 (pins 1 & 26 on the RJ21) to the 66block pair which gets forwarded to the workstation jack where we are hoping connect the CPE and a PC.

The way I have it wired pin-1/RJ21 (tip - 2912LRE) is going to pin-4/RJ11 (tip - wall port on 575 CPE) and pin-26/RJ21 (ring - 2912LRE) is going to pin-3/RJ11 (ring - wall port on 575 CPE). I believe this is wired correctly, but we are not able to connect to the 575 CPE.

We are not connecting any phones on this line. Only the LRE is on this pair.

Please help.

I beleive that is the correct wiring. You could have a bad cable from the block to the workstation or the 575 could be faulty. Try connecting the 575 directly to the 2912 and bypass the 66 block.
