Troubleshooting frame relay interfaces

What's mean "serial x is up, protocol line is down" on point-to-point subinterfaces?

This means that your physical line (CTS,RTS, etc) are up and okay but your upper layer (LMI, DLCI, etc) are not.

Show frame map or show frame pvc might help you.... Without more info it's just a guess.
