Troubleshooting port errors on CAT6k

I have a CAT6509 that is showing, what seems to be, and enormous amount of PHYSICAL ERRORS and RUNTS. I can see this by doing a show port. Does anyone have suggestions or experience troubleshooting these errors? My first thougth was DUPLEX SPEED mismatch, but I have verified the first few are set properly.

HOw many ports experiencing these errors? Could you send a "sh port" output? Is there anything common for erronous ports (in the same module, connected to same type of hosts)?

Are These errors input or output?

If is Input then there are a lot of noise near to switch

If Is Output the is possible that the module or the port is bad.

You can execute a test for the module.
