TRUNK port on 3620 FA in combination with a Cat2950

I have the next situation:

1 * Cisco 3620 (R4700)-24576K/8192K-IOS:c3620-is-mz.120-17a

1 * cisco WS-C2950-24 (RC32300)-20402K-IOS:c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-11.EA1

I want to setup a TRUNK between the 3620 and the c2950. The problem I face is: I am only able to setup on the c3620 an ISL link instead of dot1Q. On the c3620 the next commands are available: ISL & MLS. Can any help me out to make a config to enable VLAN routing via the c3620.
