I have 3 2950 switches and thought i had set the same passwords for them all, but one of them i can get into the switch but then have not been able to get through into the cluster management suite. Is there a way of wiping the password and re-setting it?? I have 2 i can manage but 1 i cannot. Thanks
Assuming that the password is the problem you will need to recover the password for the problem switch. Ensure you change the password to the same password you used on the command switch. The URL below will provide the steps required to do this for the 2950 switches Ensure that you go to Recovering a Lost or Forgotten password under the recovery section
