Unable to access Cisco View 5.3

When I open up Cisco View 5.3 from my Cisco Works Browser, I get the error message

"Please grant permission to launch Cisco View. Quit the Browser and try again."

How do I grant permission?

This error occurs on all users that have been set up on Cisco Works, including the admin user. Java has been enabled in the browser and my PC is within spec to run Cisco Works and Cisco View.

Thanks

Neil

Re: Unable to access Cisco View 5.3

It's a known issue, see:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/770/fn17662.shtml

If you're using CV 5.3 in Cisco Works for Windows 6.0 then you need to apply the certificate patch for this from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cww60

If you're using CV 5.3 part of CW2000 CD-One, then you need to apply the patch from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-cd-one
