Unable to access through Console port on 3524.

when connecting to console port unable to detect the switch.hyperterminal not able to sense.

wereas the switch can be sense accessed through telnet.

is it a hardware problem or some thing with config.

as seen on sh startup-config

line con 0

transport input none

stopbits 1

Try a decent Terminal Emulator!

If you insist on HyperTerm, check the speed & parity setting > 9600, 8N1.
