Unable to make DMZ Outlook Web Access server connect to WAN users

I have a DMZ outlook web access server that allows all my users with the static ip addresses of 172.16.5.0 network translated on the PIX to have direct internet connection. However my WAN users 172.17.0.0 network on certain segments that are allowed to gain internet access via firewall configured similarly to my internal users are unable to access that DMZ server. Strangely, the WAN internet users with MS Proxy have access to this server. Also would it possible for my internal users who are using the DHCP adresses without having the internet access can go to this DMZ server. Please help me to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Thx.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
